ON THE TRAIL OF THE MIAS
I thought Edward Tivnan’s article on America’s MIAs was excellent and very believable. Regardless of a person’s views on the Vietnam War, the plight of the country’s MIAs is shameful.
It’s hard to believe that the North Vietnamese would have released all of our POWs and wouldn’t have held some back because of their physical condition or as bargaining chips for later negotiations. The suggestion that the Russians interrogated American troops seems a realistic conclusion.
