Tijuana Police Seek Identity of Baby
TIJUANA —
Mexican police are asking for the public’s help in locating the parents of a 1-month-old baby found near a shopping center in Tijuana.
The baby girl, who is black with blue eyes, was found wrapped in a blanket Sunday night outside of the Amigo Shopping Center, San Diego police spokesman Bill Robinson said. The blanket, according to its label, was made in Cincinnati.
Anyone with information about the child is asked to call the Mexican consulate in Tijuana.
