OXNARD : Vote Postponed on Relocation Report
A school board vote on a final report examining the environmental effects of moving Oxnard High School, originally scheduled tonight, has been postponed because the report is not ready, an official said Tuesday.
Trustees of the Oxnard Union High School District heard public testimony on a draft of the report last month and were scheduled to vote on the final report tonight. However, Takata Associates, which is preparing the report, is still working on the final version, Supt. Ian Kirkpatrick said.
Trustees are still scheduled to vote on selection of a site for another new high school in other business tonight.
