Joe Shapiro and Sanford M. Litvack have been promoted to executive vice president positions at Walt Disney Co.
Shapiro continues to be responsible for administration of the company’s worldwide corporate business affairs and government relations. Litvack continues as general counsel of the corporation.
Shapiro joined Disney in January, 1985, as general counsel. He was promoted to senior vice president in February, 1991. Litvack joined the Burbank-based firm in March, succeeding Shapiro as general counsel.
