UNRUFFLED JUDGE: For three years, prosecutors have fought Judge Robert R. Fitzgerald’s decision to free Sheryl Lynn Massip, convicted of murder for running over her 6-week-old baby with the family car. The judge ruled that she was temporarily insane at the time.
