An unidentified man was found hanging from a tree in an open area off Lyons Valley Road in what appears to have been a suicide, officials said.

He was described as a white male with a butch haircut, 25 to 35 years old, 6-feet, 2-inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds. The body was discovered Wednesday by two quail hunters, the medical examiner’s office said.
