Vice Roundup Nets 4 Women, 26 Men
San Diego vice detectives arrested four female prostitutes and cited 26 men on charges of soliciting a prostitute Saturday morning.
Working late Friday and early Saturday from two motels in the Midway area, detectives made the arrests about 2 a.m. Saturday. The women were booked in the Las Colinas Women’s Detention Facility and the men were given misdemeanor citations with promises to appear in court.
During 1991, San Diego police arrested more than 1,100 people on prostitution charges.
