Restraining Seats, Belts Crucial to Children’s Safety in Car
The article on the family that lost two of five sons is indeed tragic.
Maybe we should enact a law making it a felony offense “murder” when a child is killed in a motor vehicle because the adult operating the vehicle broke the law by not restraining the child. A law similar to the new gun law that holds the adult owner of a gun liable for a death caused by it because the adult acted with negligence (by) leaving the weapon out and loaded.
A car is nothing but a projectile with four tires.
If you love your children, buckle them up!
