In Sultan’s Defense
I agree that it is shameful that our town is being sold off to foreign interests, but why single out Muriel Slatkin?
She is no different than the hundreds of Beverly Hills property owners who have sold their homes and business to the foreigners that have taken over the town. Her home was for sale, someone met her price, the property changed hands. Period. I’m sure that the insulting Rottstein would sell out in a New York minute if he were in the same situation, and laugh all the way to the bank.
Why not criticize Marvin Davis, as he was the one who sold the hotel to the sultan in the first place?
