J.R. Rider, the leading scorer on the Nevada Las Vegas basketball team, was booked Friday, suspected of obstructing a police officer at a Las Vegas restaurant and released after posting $200 bail. He then accompanied the Rebels to Las Cruces, N.M., and scored 26 points during UNLV’s 74-67 victory over New Mexico State.
