SANTA ANA : Man Missing Since Jail Release Sought
A 42-year-old Dana Point man who suffers mental lapses and who may be in need of medication has been missing for nearly two weeks, Sheriff’s Department authorities announced Thursday.
Lorrin Carrell Harrison Jr. did not return home after he was cited and released from County Jail on Jan. 25, prompting a friend in Laguna Beach to file a missing person report, said Lt. Dick Olson. Harrison had been arrested on Jan. 24 on suspicion of indecent exposure. Harrison was last seen in the area near 6th and Flower streets. He is described as 6-foot-1 and 130 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a long-sleeve brown plaid shirt and brown pants.
