TABLE FOR TWO: Those lovesick couples make Valentine’s night one of the biggest for restaurateurs. The National Restaurant Assn. reports that one in five people will dine out Friday. . . . A quick survey of Orange County’s most romantic eateries indicates many have been booked for weeks. But books can be deceiving, says Ernest Zingg, owner of the Cellar in Fullerton: “Valentine’s actually hurts our business. All of our tables are for four or more, which leaves at least two chairs empty at each table.”
