Acquisition: The publisher of PC Week, a computer magazine, has acquired an Anaheim computer publishing company for an undisclosed sum. New York-based Ziff Communications announced Tuesday that it has purchased Techs International, which publishes a database of technical information for computer experts. Techs has six employees.
