Jolly Good Films: Last year’s Oscar-winning “Dances With Wolves” and this year’s likely Oscar nominee “The Silence of the Lambs” lead the nominations for the 1991 British Academy of Film and Television Arts. Both films received nine nominations each by the British Academy on Friday. The films will compete for best picture with “Thelma & Louise” and “The Commitments.” Winners will be announced March 22 in London.
