STARGAZING: Remember all those helicopter shenanigans that drowned out some of the ceremony at Elizabeth Taylor’s wedding last fall? Disneyland officials don’t want that to happen at the birthday party of the year, Liz’s 60th on Thursday at the amusement park. . . . At Disney’s request, the FAA has agreed to restrict airspace over the park during the party. News copters may be allowed, but stuntmen and other sky-gawkers are out.
