George Noel has been named general manager...
George Noel has been named general manager of United Artists Cable of East San Fernando Valley, which provides cable service to about 85,000 customers.
Noel, an 18-year cable industry veteran, will be responsible for the overall operation of the cable television system, which serves communities including Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, San Fernando and Pacoima. Previously, Noel was director of operations for the system.
