LAGUNA NIGUEL : Public Input Asked on Plans for Parks

Share

A town meeting will be held Wednesday so residents can help design a master plan for the city’s two largest parks.

“We’re inviting residents to share their thoughts on further development of Chapparosa Park and Crown Valley Community Park,” said Ken Montgomery, Laguna Niguel director of public works.

“We’re encouraging people to bring their ideas.”

Montgomery said master plans are needed for the two parks so that the city can make plans for park improvements, such as where to locate a community center and where parking could best be provided.

The city hopes to have both plans complete by June.

The plans must be approved later by the Laguna Niguel City Council.

The town meeting will be at 7 p.m. at the Crown Valley Community Center at 29751 Crown Valley Parkway.
