Penalty: $50,000
Violation: Failure to file a trip reduction plan (motorcycle distributor).
Company: Prototype Concepts Inc., 1945 C-1 Placentia, Costa Mesa
Penalty: $21,503
Violation: Violated public nuisance laws by emitting glass fibers into the atmosphere. Installed a self-contained emissions control booth not required by AQMD rules, but will immediately halt emissions (fiberglass fabricator).
Company: Houshang Tabrizi, Union dealer, 3000 S. Bristol and 5201 W. First St., Santa Ana
Penalty: $7,500
Violation: Failure to maintain gasoline dispensing equipment and operating without a permit (service stations).
Company: Custom Enclosures Inc., 1341 N. Blue Gum St., Anaheim
Penalty: $5,000
Violation: Dust emissions and improper use of coating and solvent materials (wood cabinet manufacturer).
Company: Silicon Systems Inc., 14351 Myford Rd., Tustin
Penalty: $1,500
Violation: Improper use of solvents (circuit manufacturer).
Company: Cal Comp Inc., 2411 W. La Palma Ave., Anaheim
Penalty: $1,000
Violation: Improper use of solvents (aerospace subsidiary).
