In a Stew?: British rock star Rod Stewart has been ordered to appear in an Australian court to answer a charge of assaulting a newspaper photographer. Stewart, in Australia for a concert tour, was served with the summons Friday in Sydney. A lawyer representing photographer Geoff Henderson said that the summons alleged that Stewart caused Henderson bodily harm.
