* Robin Rosen has been promoted to senior vice president of distribution and operations for FoxVideo International. Rosen, 32, had been vice president of business and legal affairs acquisitions since July, 1990. She will negotiate video distribution agreements for the home video arm of the Century City-based film and TV studio, reporting to division president Ele Juarez.
