Police Helpers: A man wanted for alleged kidnap and rape surrendered Monday morning in Compton after being profiled last Friday night on KTTV’s “L.A.’s Most Wanted” news segment. Since the station started the “wanted” reports two months ago, three suspects have been arrested out of seven profiled.
