Temporarily Out of Tune: Even heavy-metal demigods can get swollen vocal cords. That’s what happened to rock singer Ozzy Osbourne this week, forcing him to reschedule a Thursday concert to Saturday, and move it from the Long Beach Arena to Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre. Tickets for Thursday’s show--a benefit tribute to his late guitarist Randy Rhoads--may be exchanged at the Irvine Meadows box office for the best comparable seats available starting at 11 a.m. Saturday. Refunds will be available until 7 p.m. Saturday at point of purchase only.
