Foothill Group Plans to Offer 3 Million Shares

Foothill Group Inc., a financial services concern with executive offices in Agoura Hills and Los Angeles, said it plans to offer 3 million additional common shares to the public.

Foothill, which has interests in commercial and real estate lending, has about 10 million total common shares outstanding. The pending offering is being managed by Mabon Securities Corp. and Stephens Inc.
