NORTH HOLLYWOOD : Paroled Robber Is Arrested in Slaying
A paroled robber was arrested Friday in the fatal shooting of a North Hollywood resident. Christopher Small, 32, of Pacoima was taken into custody without incident at the state parole office in North Hollywood, Los Angeles police said.
Small was being held without bail in the Van Nuys Jail on suspicion of murder.
He is suspected of killing Gregory Lewis Cloyd, 24, in an apartment in the 14000 block of Saticoy Street in Van Nuys on April 2.
Police, who declined to release further information Friday, have said the shooting appeared to be drug-related.
