SANTA PAULA : City to Decide on Park Carnival
The Santa Paula City Council will meet in special session today to decide whether the Mexican American Chamber of Commerce may hold a carnival starting Thursday in Veterans Memorial Park.
The meeting will be held at 5 p.m. at City Hall, 970 Ventura St.
The carnival, which has been scheduled to run through Sunday, is sponsored by the Santa Paula-based group, which is unaffiliated with other chambers of commerce.
