North Stars’ Hatcher Draws Suspension

The NHL suspended Minnesota North Star defenseman Derian Hatcher for three playoff games without pay Monday for high-sticking Kevin Miller of the Detroit Red Wings on Friday.
If Minnesota, which leads the series, 3-2, does not advance to the next round, the penalty will become a two-game suspension, the league said.
