Bill Cotter has been named to the newly created position of vice president for end-user computing, and Paul Eggleton has been named vice president-international MIS for Warner Bros. Inc., Burbank. Cotter joined Warner Bros. in 1982 and has since held a number of positions in the finance and data-processing areas. Most recently he headed the company’s overseas computer activities.

Eggleton was previously director of the London-based International Project Team responsible for the installation of computer systems for theatrical, home video, theater and merchandising divisions in 26 countries.
