Anaheim City Budget

The city of Anaheim has unveiled a $538-million budget for the coming fiscal year. The spending plan is 4% higher than the $516 million for 1991-92. Most of the additional $22.7 million will go the Public Utilities Department to cover the rising wholesale costs of water and electricity.
