In spring, when saturated colors return to the fashion landscape with a vengeance, sometimes the most refreshing look is white. At its most cultivated, white transcends trends. It oozes style. And unlike black, white emphasizes the body, so form and fabrication are everything. Some of the season’s choices include poplin, pique, eyelet and silk chiffon. A bit of stretch enhances the purity and elegance of line. But whatever the fabric, white is always chic.
