AULD LANG PARTY: Scotland natives Robert and Helen Reoch of Orange went to their first annual Scottish Festival for Southern California when they moved here 37 years ago. They haven’t missed one since. Neither have their three children or seven grandchildren. This weekend’s event at the Orange County Fairgrounds (OC Live!, Page 4) is the year’s highlight for them. . . . .
