* Steve Bell has been named president of network television for Twentieth Television, the network TV program production arm of Century City-based Fox Inc. Bell, 52, had been senior vice president and general manager of KTLA-TV Channel 5. In his new position, Bell will oversee development and production of TV programming for broadcast and cable networks, reporting to Twentieth Television Chairman Lucie Salhany. Bell succeeds Harris Katleman, who resigned earlier this week.
