ROAD NOTES
Here are some closures Caltrans plans on area freeways this week:
* The Diamond Bar Boulevard on-ramp to the westbound Pomona Freeway (60) will be closed today in Diamond Bar from 12:30 to 2 p.m.
* The Garvey Avenue off-ramp to the San Bernardino Freeway (10) will be closed Friday in El Monte from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
