GETTING ALONG: Chet Atkins, who plays at the Coach House Saturday (OC Live!), is widely known as a great guitar player, but to country music’s inner circle, he’s more famous as a record producer. It was Atkins who used Nashville’s first full orchestra to record Eddy Arnold’s “Make the World Go Away” in 1965, helping to give birth to the “Nashville Sound.” Though Atkins plays a variety of music, his heart is with country. He writes in his autobiography: “Country music is the story of people trying to get along.”
