Air Fare Promotion Ends Today: American Airlines said it is nearly sold out of half-price seats available under a fare promotion that ends today. Most of the remaining discount seats are available only on Tuesday and Wednesday flights, the Dallas-based carrier said. Supply was also tight at Northwest Airlines, which reported that the half-off seats were no longer available on 30% of its flights.
