San Diego : Police Arrest Man in Thursday Shooting

Humberto Rembao, 20, of National City has been arrested in connection with a shooting early Thursday at a gas station in the 4000 block of East Plaza Boulevard.
Officers responding to a report of shots fired found Ricardo Herrera Martinez, 22, lying in the gas station lot with at least one gunshot wound in his head, National City police said.
Martinez was taken to UC San Diego hospital, where he was on life-support systems in critical condition, a hospital spokeswoman said.
