Delphi Information Systems Inc. again named Donald L. Lucas chairman of the Westlake Village supplier of insurance-related computer systems, effective June 30.
Lucas succeeds Richard R. Janssen, who is resigning to pursue other interests. Janssen will remain a director.
Lucas, a venture capitalist, was Delphi’s chairman from August, 1989, to December, 1991, and has been a director of the company since 1983.
