California IN BRIEF : CLEVELAND NATIONAL FOREST : 200 Acres Burn; No Buildings in Danger

A fire burned more than 200 acres of grass and brush in steep terrain near the San Diego County town of Ramona. It was not known when firefighters would be able to contain the blaze, which was fanned by gusty winds of up to 25 m.p.h. No one was hurt and no homes were threatened, a California Department of Forestry spokeswoman said.
