Winnipeg traded goaltender Stephane Beauregard to Buffalo for center Christian Ruuttu and future considerations. Ruuttu, 28, had four goals and 21 assists in 77 games last season and Beauregard, 24, had a 2.89 goals-against average in 20 games.
