“Basically, there are two kinds of actors--actors who do plays and actors who are afraid to. I just don’t believe actors who say they have no interest in being onstage. I don’t believe you can be an actor and not want to put yourself in front of a live audience. It’s so much riskier. I’m not saying making movies is easy, but there are only a handful of people who can do it well, and you can get away with a lot. Eight shows a week is harder than 12 hours on a movie set.”
