Star Shift: Toni Tennille has left the cast of “Stardust” at the Wilshire Theatre because of an infection affecting her voice. After a performance Saturday night when her role was divided among chorus members, she was replaced Sunday and for the rest of the run by Meg McKay, who performed the role in an earlier production in San Francisco. Meanwhile, Joey Heatherton, who was announced as Sean Young’s replacement in the show last week, was expected to make her first appearance last night, after several days of delay because “she didn’t feel comfortable” in the role, said producer Louise Westergaard.
