Caltrans Issues Advisory About Scheduled Freeway Work Areas

Caltrans advises motorists that it has scheduled the following freeway work in the Southeast and Long Beach area this week. Repair locations are spotted on the map by number and are identified in the list below by the nearest city or cities.

HARBOR FREEWAY (110)

1. Carson: Northbound No. 1 lane of the transition to the northbound San Diego Freeway (405); 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday; landscaping.

SAN GABRIEL RIVER FREEWAY (605)

2. Santa Fe Springs: Northbound No. 1 lane from Saragosa Street to Dunlop Crossing Road; 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday; crack seal repair.

3. Santa Fe Springs: Northbound No. 1 lane from Dunlop Crossing Road to Bexley Road; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday; crack seal repair.

4. Whittier: Northbound No. 1 lane from Bexley Road to Whittier Boulevard; 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday; crack seal repair.

SANTA ANA FREEWAY (5)

5. La Mirada/Santa Fe Springs: Northbound No. 4 lane from Artesia Boulevard to Rosecrans Avenue; 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday; landscaping.

6. Norwalk: Northbound No. 1 lane at Carmenita Avenue and Norwalk Boulevard; 5 to 9 a.m. today; surveying.
