YOUNG AND HOPEFUL: Tricia Cast, up for an Emmy tonight (Channel 4, 9 p.m.) for her role as Nina Chancellor in “The Young and the Restless,” was already a working actress when she was a high school student in Mission Viejo (F2). But Cast, 26, praises her acting training at Saddleback College. . . .
