A District of Columbia police officer allegedly involved in a million-dollar-a-month cocaine ring is charged with murder, kidnaping and conspiracy. Authorities said she provided inside police information to fellow gang members.

Officer Fonda C. Moore, 31, and six other alleged members of the drug operation were charged Friday in the 1990 shooting death of Billy Ray Tolbert.
