COURT JESTERS: Santa Ana civil lawyers John B. McClay and Wendy L. Matthews have published a book of their favorite wild and crazy court opinions called “Corpus Juris Humorous.” And it’s getting rave reviews in legal journals. Says Matthews: “You’ll laugh your buns off at this stuff.” . . . One sampling: A 1947 Tennessee case in which Esker Archer’s wife accused him of an affair with Daisy Kiser. The only evidence? Archer was overheard saying: “That Kiser woman would be plumb pretty if she had a new set of teeth.”
