Valley Realtors Aid Project
A $35,000 grant to the Habitat for Humanity of San Fernando/Santa Clarita valleys has been awarded by the San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors, the first major contributor to the local entity.
The city of Los Angeles has approved $312,000 in funding from the Community Redevelopment Agency for site acquisition in Pacoima, and construction will begin in September, using volunteer labor and donated materials.
