AFTER HELP: The library at Cal State Fullerton has had it with earthquakes and aftershocks. The most recent series has jolted more than 300,000 books off its shelves. Wednesday it sent out flyers seeking volunteers to help re-stack. “The response has been very good from faculty and students,” said library administrator Patricia Bril. . . . But what the college library really needs, she said, is money to bolt the wayward shelves to the floor.
