HIT PARADE: For anyone who closely followed Clinton’s march to the Democratic nomination, the music that erupted in Madison Square Garden at the close of his acceptance speech Thursday night was a burst of deja vu in more ways than one. . . . Pumping through the loudspeakers was Fleetwood Mac’s 15-year-old hit “Don’t Stop.” That song had been a regular feature at Clinton campaign rallies until threats of a lawsuit from the group forced him to press the mute button. . . . But Clinton aides decided to cue up the song again after assurances from Democratic National Committee officials that they had worked it out with the band.
