Hall House: TV talk-show host Arsenio Hall will be in South-Central Los Angeles this morning for the dedication of Unity Hall, a former crack house that he purchased a year ago and has turned into a community youth center. Hall is donating the facility to the nearby First A.M.E. Church, which will use it for various educational, social and spiritual activities. In connection with the dedication, Mayor Bradley is proclaiming this Arsenio Hall Day in Los Angeles.
