SAN DIEGO : Police Seek Identity of Discovered Body
Police are seeking to identify a man whose partly decomposed body was discovered by a hiker in East San Diego.
The victim, believed to be about 35 years old, showed no signs of trauma and the cause of death is unknown, Lt. Barbara Harrison of the San Diego Police Department said Monday.
The body was found in some brush by a hiker about 9 a.m. Sunday, south of Ridgeview Drive at Fairmount Avenue. Harrison said it may have been there for several days.
