Camarillo : Hospital Audit to Be Subject of Meeting
The Camarillo Health Care District, asked by residents and physicians to audit the financial records of Pleasant Valley Hospital, will release the results of the audit tonight.
The district moved its 5:30 p.m. meeting to the Bill Esty Community Center, 3702 E. Las Posas Road.
The district spent $25,000 to hire an independent auditor to review Pleasant Valley’s financial records after residents opposed a proposed merger between the hospital and St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard.
